4. It concerns the polycrisis or interactions among major civilization-scale problems.

5. It investigates the historical or systemic causes of civilization-level dysfunction, injustice, catastrophe, resilience, or collapse.

6. It investigates Limited Progressive Evolution descriptively and scientifically, including regression, maladaptation, fragmentation, collapse, and extinction.

7. It examines Limited Evolutionary Normativity analytically, carefully separating descriptive evolutionary evidence from explicit human values and conditional practical conclusions.

8. It concerns AI reasoning, AI safety, AI supervision, or using AI to improve complex problem-solving.

9. It is research, a white paper, evidence review, analytical framework, methodology, or educational material teaching people how to think more accurately.

10. Its principal claim should remain meaningful even if it rejects concepts, ideas, or actions found on our other websites, such as the Way of the Universe philosophy, Universe Citizenship, etc. The Universe Institute will not put something at the Universe Institute when its main purpose is personal philosophy, prescribing Right Action/Right Attitude, Universe Citizen identity, philosophical inspiration, spiritual/metaphysical exploration, climate-preparation instructions, Factnet organizational administration, or movement marketing.
